About the Team:

You will be our first full time business development manager - but you won’t be working alone Dozens of team members actively nurture relationships with referral leaders in our communities today. Your role will be to build on those relationships - to expand awareness and interest in our therapeutic activities, home care and care management services. You will have responsibilities as an individual contributor and also as a member of our leadership team, helping us hone our message and lead-to-conversion process.  


What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor and grow the sales skills of the organization as a member of our L10 leadership team
  • Create and execute business development goals and metrics
  • Generate awareness & leads
  • Convert inquiries into new clients
  • Hire, train and onboard additional business development roles

Compensation: The anticipated base compensation for this position is between $130k-160k On Target Earnings (OTE). Offered compensation will be determined based on education and experience.
