Job Description:

The Region Enterprise Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving our Enterprise Sales strategy by developing and implementing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the execution of sales initiatives within the assigned region. This is a direct sales role with a potential opportunity for leadership responsibilities in the future. Most of the time in the field is prospecting (“hunting”) new business opportunities.


Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive Enterprise Sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned region.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, inside sales, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business results.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

· Develop and deliver informative sales presentations, virtual product demos, and persuasive proposals providing customers with transparent pricing information.

· Efficiently manage sales activities through the utilization of CRM tools.

· Execute targeted sales campaigns to drive business growth.

· Provide weekly sales updates, regular and accurate sales forecasts, and sales reports to senior management.

· Leverage leads generated through marketing and inside sales efforts to drive successful sales transactions.

· Collaborate effectively with the Enterprise Sales Team and others in management to align sales strategies, maximize cohesive go-to-market strategy, and build brand awareness.

· Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential clients.

· Attend National and Local Conferences as applicable to network, introduce company and build brand awareness.

Requirements:

Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

· Proven track record of success in capital sales selling technology deals ranging from $15k to $1M+.

· An understanding of the healthcare environment, specifically hospital operations, infection control, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is desired.

· Experience in Infection Prevention environment and applicable technology is desired.

· Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection processes within hospitals is a plus.

· Aptitude for learning AI, Robotics, and UV Light technology applications.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel within the assigned region as necessary (up to 80% travel) and occasionally travel to the Los Angeles office for sales meetings and training.

· Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion (“hunter” mentality).

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Willingness to undergo continuous training and development.
