District Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our regional sales team in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise cybersecurity market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales coaching and training to ensure sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the enterprise cybersecurity market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure the sales team is equipped to address customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the enterprise cybersecurity market.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
- Strong knowledge of the enterprise cybersecurity market, including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
