About The Role

As our bakery operations look for continued success, the Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in driving acquisition of talent and embodying our purpose and values. You will manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions, focusing on filling roles for our newly planned facility in Salt Lake and report directly to the Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Critical Success Factors

You will excel in this role if you:

  • Have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent at both hourly and exempt professional levels or can quickly develop these skills.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers by understanding their departmental goals, identifying key capabilities to achieve those objectives, and informing them of market trends and competitive insights.
  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the interview process, balancing the overall needs of the business with candidate care.
  • Champion diversity in the recruitment process, leading to a diverse composition of hires.
  • Improve key metrics such as time-to-fill and tenure, and optimize existing recruiting processes to increase the number of quality hires.
  • Master applicant tracking systems and tools such as LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or Indeed, leveraging data to shape recruitment activities.

Minimum and Technical Requirements

The successful candidate for the Talent Acquisition Partner role must have:

  • Ability to manage upwards of 30-40 active roles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with at least one major applicant tracking system or tool, such as Greenhouse, Indeed, LinkedIn, or ZipRecruiter.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to source and place candidates effectively.
  • Participation in job fairs as needed.
  • Regular communication with hiring managers to establish rapport, gauge morale, and ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Timely recording of all prescreens and hires in the applicant tracking system.
  • Prompt notification to the Recruiting Manager of issues with hiring managers, and any barriers to timely filling positions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and present the company's culture and business initiatives.
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple projects and candidates.
  • Passion for finding talent and a commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.
