Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate team. In this essential position, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, working closely with department leaders to develop innovative strategies for attracting exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final candidate selection, acting as a liaison between hiring managers, HR, and candidates.
  • Provide comprehensive recruiting support for designated Hiring Managers.
  • Collaborate with management at all levels to address hiring needs effectively.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on employment practices, fostering strong relationships with various teams.
  • Deliver training to managers and stakeholders involved in the hiring process as necessary.
  • Engage employees and managers in the ongoing pursuit of top talent.
  • Communicate with professionalism and diplomacy at all times.
  • Develop and manage recruitment initiatives, including on-campus recruitment, internships, and participation in job fairs and trade shows.
  • Streamline the hiring processes for internal candidates, ensuring efficient placement of high-quality talent.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies that encompass traditional methods, networking, and online platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement proactively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Applicant Tracking Systems.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A thorough understanding of various computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • The ability to adapt to new technologies and environments.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • One to two years of recruiting experience across all management levels.
