Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in related field and 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting or HR operations experience/sourcing experience strongly preferred. 2+ years recruiting exempt and/or supervisory/management level positions. 1+ year of direct or indirect people leadership experience (including providing work direction, coaching, mentoring and development). Strong customer service focus, continuous improvement mindset and experience leading process improvement initiatives. Knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition ATS platforms, UKG experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in bringing TA best practices to improve sourcing and hiring results.
