As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your refined skills will play a crucial role in facilitating a smooth and effective recruitment process. We are in search of a candidate with a demonstrated history of exceptional organization, responsiveness, and compliance with established operating procedures. Your duties will include managing interviewer schedules, liaising with prospective candidates, arranging interviews, and gathering essential feedback.

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Engage with candidates, hiring managers, and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure clear communication throughout the coordination process

  • Follow established protocols and procedures with a process-oriented approach

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline

  • Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate with local teams and global clients

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new procedures and changes
