Sales Leadership

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet regional sales objectives.
  • Achieve and surpass business development targets while providing mentorship and support to your team.
  • Evaluate sales performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and execute necessary actions to foster sales growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure sales strategies align with the broader organizational goals.
  • Uphold compliance with sales processes, policies, and best practices, promoting a culture of high performance.

Recruitment and Talent Sourcing

  • Manage recruitment processes for the region, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates.
  • Partner with corporate and local managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.
  • Employ diverse sourcing methods to attract and engage high-caliber talent, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and oversee the entire recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition collaborators.

Operational Management

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and collaboration between sales and recruitment efforts.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities related to sales and recruitment, including budgeting, reporting, and resource management.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators, assess success, and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in sales management and recruitment, ideally within the relevant industry or region.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to drive sales and recruitment initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, performance metrics, and recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and attracting top talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with sales CRM and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
