The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic recruiting team, ensuring a remarkable experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. This position is essential in managing recruitment activities and fostering candidate relationships, often serving as the initial point of contact for prospective employees. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, effectively collaborating with both internal and external candidates. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and the enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate interview scheduling by coordinating with candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and executive assistants.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates via phone and email regarding their recruitment status.
- Quickly identify and rectify scheduling and communication errors.
- Spot opportunities to enhance candidate experience and streamline scheduling processes.
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment initiatives and other related activities as necessary.
- Represent Lucid at campus recruitment events.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide support for additional operational needs within the Talent Acquisition team and the broader People & Culture department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (email, calendar, docs, sheets).
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proven capacity to process information accurately and efficiently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Proven capability to work independently, cross-functionally, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on generating solutions.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in coordination or human resources.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with Coupa or comparable billing systems.
- Background in coordinating travel arrangements for candidates in high-profile roles.
