Position Overview:

In this position, you will connect with prospective candidates through outreach calls, emails, and incoming inquiries while managing your candidate pipeline within your assigned sectors. Collaborating with our team of seasoned Subject Matter Experts, you will work to identify candidates who align with both current and future hiring requirements. You will enhance your understanding of the recruiting landscape, refine your communication skills, and seize the opportunity to innovate traditional recruiting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to attract top talent for various roles within the organization, including professional sales representatives, clinical roles, administrative positions, and other essential functions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure the accuracy of candidate qualifications and promote efficiency in the recruitment process.
  • Engage with candidates throughout all phases of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and post-hiring support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other Ramp Talent teams to ensure candidate satisfaction and successful onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful recruiting experience; familiarity with the aesthetic or medical device sectors is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage all phases of the recruiting funnel, from prospecting and lead development to hiring.
  • A successful history of meeting assigned performance metrics.
  • Experience in negotiating offers, particularly in high-level negotiations, is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site as required.
