You'll serve as their initial point of contact, you will be knowledgeable about our service offerings and dedicated to outstanding customer care. From greeting vehicle owners on the service drive to guiding them through the repair process, our Service Advisors are adept professionals who derive satisfaction from assisting others. Previous experience in automotive service is preferred, though we welcome applicants with backgrounds in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry, or hospitality. Benefits

 Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in service drive.
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information.
  • Generate repair orders based on customer concern.
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
  • Obtain authorization before work is performed.
  • Review multi-point inspection with customer.
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Other duties assigned
 REQUIREMENTS:
  • Availability to work weekends
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be proficient with computers and able to type
  • Positive attitude
