Position Title: Customer Service Specialist

Compensation: $16 / hr

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established protocols to ensure that Customer Care Standards are consistently met or surpassed for every interaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards clients at all times.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrate complete follow-through on all commitments to achieve one-call resolution.
  • Effectively communicate additional promotions and services available to customers.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and courteously, minimizing errors.
  • Document customer complaints and concerns promptly, facilitating satisfactory resolutions.
  • Communicate regularly with management to ensure customer expectations are met and any issues are addressed professionally.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Specific Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and entering orders, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide support and solutions in line with company policies.
  • Identify and address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with respect and professionalism.
  • Redirect customers to appropriate departments when necessary and follow up on the status of their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Performance Goals:

  • Achieve a Quality Assurance rating of 90% on interactions.
  • Process 8 transactions per hour (6 for chat).
  • Maintain 85% availability, minimizing unnecessary offline time.
  • Ensure 99% of interactions are answered.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and complete training requirements.
