Compensation Structure:
- Choose between two different pay plans.
- Our average sales specialist earns approximately $65,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lasting relationships and create customers for life by assisting them in selecting the right vehicle through effective questioning and attentive listening.
- Become an expert on our vehicle offerings, including optional packages and the latest technology.
- Conduct high-quality and professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to encourage referral business.
- Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
- Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.
