Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSan Jose Full time Base annual: Bonus Potential: discretionary bonus at the end of the year 401K and FF Health Insurance Benefits after 90 Day Probationary Period Operations Coordinator The Operations Coordinator supports the Operations manager to oversee, assist and manage on site events as well as some off site accounts. The Operations Coordinator work with the Operations manager to collect, distribute and organize proper paperwork for vendors involved in the event, on and off-site. The Operations coordinator is the face of the Company on site for events, curating a positive experience for clients and vendors alike. Responsibilities Supports the Operating manager to execute an event smoothly, properly and safely on site. Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of operations and designated services to the client organization in accordance with the agreement of the contract using Food Fleet policies and procedures as a guide. Communicates client's needs to Food vendors to ensure on time set-up for events, pricing, and look and feel of vendor. Ensure hospitality is provided to the standard and is delivered to the agreed specification. Help Manage and resolve on-site inquires. Management of external staff, including vendor event staff, guests or volunteers. Maintains an in-depth understanding of all federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards, and all procedures and protocols to comply with the law. Understanding of working POS systems, tax breakdowns, net and gross sales, etc. Basic math and accounting skills. Comfortable taking pictures of events/Food for marketing team if needed Problem solver for any onsite support needed from our partners (client and vendor alike) Able to jump into some Admin and Operation Management roles to help support the manager or others on the team at other accounts Able to travel most of the time and be on site daily or when asked. Will include remote administration work to assist with the events and accounts for the operations managers. High level of initiative. Strong leadership skills. Comfortability in using online web software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Outgoing personality, comfortable talking with new people, excels at developing relationships with clients and vendors face to face. EOE
