The Campus Operations Coordinator will approach campus oversight with creativity and patience, employing engaging activities and mediation techniques to motivate our scholars. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to maintaining a secure and organized environment in non-classroom areas, including monitoring restrooms, assisting with lunch supervision, and managing student transitions.
  • Assist school leadership in implementing restorative justice practices, such as facilitating circles and supporting conflict resolution.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to DeansList and handle low-level incident referrals as necessary.
  • Ensure the physical safety of campus facilities by overseeing access points and monitoring communication regarding student behavior support needs.
  • Support visitor management, attendance tracking, and emergency protocols as required. In emergencies, the Campus Operations Coordinator will collaborate with staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders, documenting incidents for school leadership.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
