Key Responsibilities of the Office Operations Coordinator- Supervise daily administrative functions, including scheduling, billing processes, and resource management.
- Oversee project workflows, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, property managers, and subcontractors.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage equipment upkeep, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee timekeeping and payroll administration.
- Compile reports and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of operational strategies.
- Perform general office duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience as an Office Administrator with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and ERP systems (experience with QuickBooks & NetSuite is advantageous).
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
