Why We Need you

Ivanti's Product team is looking for a Product Operations Coordinator. The Product Operations Coordinator at Ivanti is responsible for managing multiple strategic cross-functional initiatives.

In this highly visible role, you will use your experience in project management methodologies to drive the planning and execution of work across our Product teams while connecting and providing transparency to our business partners across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Develop systems and processes to drive operational excellence throughout the global Product Organization
  • Become an SME analyzing processes and data across all of our products and identify areas of improvement
  • Ensure Product team is channeling the voice of the customer into market facing Product using KPI reporting and analytics
  • Program manage product led initiatives ensuring clear communication and collaboration between Product, internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales and Customer Support teams with the product knowledge, context, and insights they need to be successful
  • Ensure all program/project materials and product roadmap documents are compiled, kept up to date and accurate
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
  • 2-5 years of experience in project and/or product operations or management within a technology organization
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a cross functional environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles as organizational demands deem necessary
  • Excellent partnership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills, quality focus and detail orientation
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience launching products is a plus
