Key Responsibilities of the Office Operations Coordinator
- Oversee daily administrative functions, including scheduling, billing processes, and resource management.
- Ensure project timelines are met and budgets are adhered to.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, property managers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and enforce quality control measures to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage equipment upkeep, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee timekeeping and payroll administration.
- Compile reports and analyze data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of operational strategies.
- Perform general office duties as required.
Qualifications for the Office Operations Coordinator
- Demonstrated experience as an Office Administrator with at least 5 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and ERP systems (experience with QuickBooks & NetSuite is advantageous).
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
