  • Customer Service
  • Receptionist Duties
  • Answering Multi-Line Phones
  • Data Entry
  • Cashier
  • Work in close proximity with customers- PPE provided
  • Fingerprint Technician- will train
  • Notary Public Certification- will train

  • Ability and willingness to upsell services


Required:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a similar office, customer service, and cashier roles.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident.
  • The successful candidate should be pursuing ongoing skill development.
  • Advanced cashier skills and intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and utilizing the Internet.
  • Must be able to stand for hours at a time.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and automation principles.
  • Proven ability to properly handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to write and implement effective reports and memos.
  • Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to take initiative, work with a team and independently.
  • Proven experience working in a methodical, and detailed oriented environment.


Preferred:

  • Self-directed and outgoing, highly skilled in problem-solving and capable of handling high exposure projects, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Bilingual- Spanish & English

We are a well-established, and essential small business with multiple locations throughout Nevada and growing.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all day except Sundays. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
