Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Team Member to join our team at Reno. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food and Beverage Service: Assist servers with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.
• Table Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including setting tables, clearing dishes, and restocking supplies.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, including communicating with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic math skills.

Working Conditions:

The dining room environment can be fast-paced and physically demanding, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting required. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.

Physical Demands:
