Your meticulous attention to detail is crucial in ensuring accurate information is relayed to our clinical team, as well as managing billing processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes while scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Accurately input patient demographic data into our systems.
  • Verify insurance details and scan necessary identification documents.
  • Collect co-pays and ensure billing information is current.
  • Balance cash drawers at the end of each day.
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of patients through the clinic.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma

Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Experience: Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and management.

Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of experience in a reception or customer service role.

Work Environment: This position is based in our surgery center.
