Sales Performance Manager

The Sales Performance Manager plays a crucial role in driving and optimizing the sales performance of the organization. They are responsible for leveraging data, analytical insights, and strategic initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and execution of sales forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Monitor CRM systems and ensure accurate sales data management.

- Identify and address sales performance gaps through strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of sales incentive programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales performance management or related role.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and sales performance software.
