We are seeking a passionate purchasing associate to join our company in the Supply Chain and Operations department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring the inventory levels and sales trend of each item. You will support and collaborate with the purchasing team who will utilize the data to make purchasing decisions. 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory level for lamp&tubes, communicate with Product Manager and Sales Team regarding sales trend and project demand.
  • Prepare PO suggestion based on sales trend and forecast.
  • Update and manage backorder report, communicate with team regarding action items.
  •  SM100 data maintenance – Vendor name, MOQ, FOB/Standard cost, container quantity information.
  • Maintain item master sheet.
  • Update Utility inventory.
  • Regular meetings with PM and Sales team.
  • Weekly meeting with China team.
  • New vendor account creation.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree.
  • 1-3 years in related field or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel software.
  • Experience with China or other Asian manufacturers desired.
