Barista - Crafty Stir - FT

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for setting up and maintaining the outlet according to established procedures and standards to ensure superior guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains outlet inventory/supplies as well as outlet cleanliness, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Performs point of sale (POS) function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Communicates inventory needs and maintenance problems to supervisors, providing timely updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Sets up stations and performs side work and opening/closing duties as directed by supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Receives, fills, and delivers stock orders/requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in fast food or restaurant service with point of sale (POS) cash tendering knowledge, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of point of sale system and cash handling accuracy, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Complete knowledge of outlet offerings and preparations, with the ability to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to bend and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
