Job Overview

Join our esteemed client, a leader in the Trade Show sector renowned for providing exceptional experiences, as a Sales Excellence Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to enhancing revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering continuous improvement.

Position Details: This role is based in Pine Brook, NJ and involves approximately 30% domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and tracking sales objectives and benchmarks.
  • Evaluating sales metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential enhancements.
  • Formulating and executing sales tactics to optimize performance.
  • Delivering sales training, mentorship, and assistance to elevate sales capabilities.
  • Working collaboratively with various departments to ensure cohesive support for sales initiatives.
  • Monitoring critical performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting sales outcomes to upper management.
  • Designing and overseeing sales performance incentive programs.
  • Conducting routine performance assessments and evaluations of sales personnel.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges that may hinder sales effectiveness.
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments, competitor movements, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in the Trade Show industry.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Proficient in SalesForce.
  • Availability for domestic travel, approximately 30% of the time.

Compensation: Salary is negotiable.
