We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Referral Specialist to join our team. This role blends strategic business development with focused referral management, providing an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in relationship-building and driving growth. Role Overview:

As the Business Development & Referral Specialist, you will be at the forefront of expanding our referral network while managing and optimizing existing relationships with partner law firms. You will strategically identify and onboard new partners, enhance our referral processes, and ensure that all referral data is accurately tracked and managed in Salesforce. Your efforts will be key to growing our network and increasing our firm's reach and revenue. This position offers a competitive hourly wage with additional commission based on the successful acquisition and management of referral partners and signed referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Lead the expansion of our referral network by identifying potential new law firm partners and developing strategies to onboard them.
  • Referral Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our referral partners, nurturing relationships to ensure a steady flow of referrals and maintaining strong collaboration.
  • Sales & Partnership Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new partners and increase referral volumes, aligning with the firm’s growth objectives.
  • Data Organization: Accurately organize and maintain referral data in Salesforce, categorizing it by law type and geography to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on the performance of partner law firms, using insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Commission Earnings: Earn commissions based on successful new partner acquisitions and the signing of referred cases, from both internal and external sources.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or referral management, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain partnerships.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Law firm experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

  • $18 per hour base salary.
  • Commission on new partner acquisitions and successful referral signings.
