Inside Real Estate is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Referral Network Team. This position is fully remote. In this role, you'll respond to inbound leads from all digital lead sources - website forms, inbound calls, and text message replies. You will also be manually pairing consumers to real estate agents based on the best fit to sell or purchase their homes. You'll also handle a high amount of inbound and outbound follow-up calls, text messages, and emails to Consumers and Real Estate Agents for check-ins along the way. If you are interested in technology, software, and real estate this is the job for you You will prospect for new clients on a daily basis from our database - previously engaged leads, expired listings, engaged website visitors, etc. Most importantly, you'll have a knack for communicating effectively with peers, customers, and real estate professionals in both written and verbal form.

As a Customer Service Representative you will also:

  • Analyze CRM and 3rd party data sources for data quality, input newly-gathered context for our real estate and mortgage partners, and determine whether leads have met criteria for qualification.
  • Conduct scheduled lead follow up and nurture leads until qualified and ready for an appointment.
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Set up an "Ideal Week" that blocks time for activities designed to reach goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, but higher level education a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, customer service, or inside sales role.
  • Coachable, and has a thirst for learning. Practices, memorizes and utilizes call scripts and sales best practices.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to engage and empathize with customers.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented and high-achiever. Sets goals and holds themselves accountable to them.
  • Proficient computer skills, including software navigation, multi-tasking, typing, and data entry.
  • Confidence when speaking with customers via telephone.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud a plus
  • Work experience within the real estate or mortgage industry a plus
The scheduling needs for this role are as follows:

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST weekday and Saturday availability
