As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager to join our team in Evanston, IL.

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager who will be responsible for reengaging existing contracts and building relationships with our active clients in the construction industry. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding the partnerships we have established, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support in their hiring needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Reengagement: Reconnect with existing clients to understand their current needs, challenges, and goals, and position Diamond Peak Recruiting as their go-to partner for hiring solutions.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with active clients, serving as their main point of contact for all recruiting needs.

- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services, including candidate placements, contract renewals, and follow-up support.

- Client Support: Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the hiring process, including needs assessment, candidate selection, and onboarding.

- Market Insight: Stay informed about trends and developments in the construction industry, sharing insights with clients to help them stay competitive in their hiring strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded, facilitating smooth communication between clients and recruiters.

- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor client satisfaction, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to both clients and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related role, preferably within the construction or recruiting industry.

- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its hiring needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
