Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Reengagement: Reconnect with current clients to assess their evolving needs, challenges, and objectives, positioning Diamond Peak Recruiting as their preferred partner for hiring solutions.
  • Relationship Development: Foster and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with active clients, acting as their primary contact for all recruitment-related needs.
  • Account Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery, including candidate placements, contract renewals, and ongoing support.
  • Client Assistance: Offer expert guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process, including needs analysis, candidate evaluation, and onboarding.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends and developments within the construction industry, sharing valuable insights with clients to enhance their competitive edge in hiring strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with our recruiting team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded, facilitating seamless communication between clients and recruiters.
  • Reporting & Evaluation: Monitor client satisfaction, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to both clients and internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role, ideally within the construction or recruiting sectors.
  • Strong comprehension of the construction industry and its hiring demands.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
