Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager. This pivotal role encompasses not only the identification of premier candidates but also the pursuit of new business avenues to attract fresh clientele. The Account Manager will cultivate client relationships, oversee account management, and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.

Core Responsibilities:

Candidate Acquisition:

  • Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social networking, and referrals, to uncover potential candidates.
  • Establish and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and upcoming vacancies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-ray searches to engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth research to pinpoint candidates who align with the specific criteria of open roles.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to determine qualifications and suitability for various positions.
  • Communicate with prospective candidates to assess their interest and availability.

Business Growth:

  • Identify and pursue fresh business prospects to onboard new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market analysis to discover potential clients and formulate strategies for engagement.
  • Develop and nurture a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Present the services of Diamond Peak Recruiting to prospective clients and negotiate contractual agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with existing clients to ensure their recruitment requirements are fulfilled.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their open positions and candidate progress.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their specific hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

Market Insights:

  • Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Engage in networking events and industry associations to broaden professional connections and stay informed about market developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a recruiter or account manager within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong candidate sourcing capabilities with proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive candidate research and identify qualified individuals.
  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
