The Client Advisor is responsible for serving the needs of high net-worth individuals, families, and not-for-profit companies. This role will have the business development and service acumen to grow the client advisory business within our Wealth Management division.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Oversees the day-to-day servicing of Wealth Management client accounts.
+ Serves as the relationship manager and primary point of contact for investment management accounts.
+ Collaborates with other Wealth Management officers to deliver high-touch customized investment and wealth planning solutions to clients and prospective clients.
+ Seeks referrals from existing clients as well as internal and external referral sources.
+ Provides advice on investment management, cash flow, tax-reduction strategies, estate planning, and retirement strategies.
+ Presents investment and wealth planning strategies to clients.
+ Assists in preparation of clients informational communications.
+ Participates in department leadership meetings and committees as well as either contribution to or leading special projects.
+ Assists with the implementation of financial & estate plans to include initial documentation, collecting personal financial statements and tax returns.
+ Oversees account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies, and answer questions, or provides documentation on client activities.
+ All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree in Finance or related degree is required.
+ 10+ years of wealth management experience in a fiduciary environment.
+ 5+ years of experience working with high net-worth clients, with an established track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a financial sales position.
+ Fiduciary professional with CFP, CFA, CPA, or JD is a plus.
+ Knowledge of trust and estate agreements, governing documents, and account agreements.
+ Knowledge of investments, account reconciliation, demand deposit accounts, and electronic fund transfers is a plus.
+ Knowledge in financial planning, goals-based planning, asset allocation, retirement planning, and education funding.
+ Strong relationship management, sales, and new business development skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
+ Be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
+ Have strong change management, organizational and planning capabilities.
+ Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate multiple projects and priorities depending on organizational needs and strategies.
+ Possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT** :
Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Byline Bank offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
