We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager. Candidate Acquisition:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-ray searches to identify passive candidates.

  • Engage with prospective candidates to assess their interest and availability.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target new business prospects to expand our client portfolio within the assigned territory.

  • Develop and sustain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Present the services of Diamond Peak Recruiting to prospective clients and negotiate service agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their recruitment needs are fulfilled.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their vacancies and candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their specific hiring requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

Market Awareness:

  • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Engage in networking events and industry associations to broaden professional connections and stay informed about market developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a recruiter or account manager within the recruitment sector.
  • Proficient sourcing abilities with experience utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
