Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager. This pivotal role encompasses both the identification of elite candidates and the expansion of our client base through new business initiatives. Core Responsibilities:

Candidate Acquisition:

  • Employ diverse sourcing strategies, including job platforms, social networks, professional networking, and referrals, to discover potential candidates.
  • Establish and nurture a pool of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean and X-ray searches to identify passive candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to pinpoint candidates who align with the specific criteria of open roles.

Client Acquisition:

  • Present the services of Diamond Peak Recruiting to prospective clients and negotiate service agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their vacancies and candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their specific hiring requirements and deliver customized recruitment solutions.

Market Awareness:

  • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Engage in networking events and industry associations to broaden professional connections and stay informed about market developments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a recruiter or account manager within the recruitment sector.
  • Proficient sourcing abilities with experience utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
