Trabajo Estratégico:

  • Ser capaz de evaluar la categoría en la que opera un cliente, qué impulsa su negocio y cómo las comunicaciones pueden ofrecer soluciones a los problemas específicos del negocio de la categoría y/o del cliente
  • Redactar documentos y briefs creativos
  • Colaborar con directores creativos, diseñadores y desarrolladores para entender y ejecutar los objetivos del cliente
  • Liderar la estrategia de SEO con internos y socios utilizando análisis y análisis competitivo
  • Gestionar un pequeño equipo para mejoras de procesos
  • Comprender las industrias de los clientes, sus impulsores comerciales y adaptar las comunicaciones para abordar sus desafíos específicos
  • Asistir en la investigación de usuarios para comprender mejor al cliente, contextualizado con datos

Mentoría:

  • Mentorizar a gerentes de proyectos e internos

Plan de Crecimiento:

  • En 6 meses: Gestionar proyectos medianos a grandes de manera autónoma
  • En 1 año: Redactar documentos estratégicos y contribuir a la estrategia de UX. Gestionar proyectos impresos y trabajar con proveedores de impresión. Haber aprovechado dos días de PTO para desarrollo profesional para adquirir una nueva habilidad. Asumir nuevas responsabilidades para capacitar y mejorar la experiencia según los objetivos del Gerente de Cuentas Senior.
  • En 2 años: Promocionable a Gerente de Cuentas Senior, donde gestionarías cuentas medianas de manera autónoma, contribuirías significativamente a proyectos más grandes y ofrecerías soluciones estratégicas complejas en proyectos. Establecer metas claras para los próximos 6 meses.
