Job Summary:

The Corporate Executive Assistant will work directly with the corporate management team and provides executive support..  The Corporate Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external for staff and visitors.  The Corporate Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

 

Supervisory Responsibility:

None

 

Position Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to high level Management

Healthcare experience a plus.

Bachelor degree or higher preferred

 

Key Responsibilities / Job Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate projects handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately.
  • Scheduling of executive meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Schedules meetings, conference calls, interviews.
  • Coordinates and schedules planning events.
  • Handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Manages a variety of general office activities and clerical support services.
  • Edits documents produced by others.
  • Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Serves as internal resource to directors and staff on departmental and company procedures.
  • Researches and gathers data for departmental reports.
  • Build relationships with medical staff.
  • Process applications for credentialing.
  • Present completed credentialing files to the Medical Director for review.
  • Present completed credentialing files to the Medical Executive Committee for review/action.
  • Complete Credentialing Summary for each appointment/reappointment for Governing Board review.
  • Complete travel arrangements for management team
  • Maintain and apply current knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Credentialing verification organization for primary source verification.






Additional Skills / Qualifications:

  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
