Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting executive-level management and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment without sacrificing precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, ensuring efficient scheduling of internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including multi-leg itineraries and last-minute changes.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, and manage expense reports.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise in day-to-day operations.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with preferred knowledge of Workday and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and calendars simultaneously.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
