Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and sustain analytical frameworks for JACK Entertainment's properties and corporate headquarters.
  • Communicate intricate concepts effectively to colleagues and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently at various development stages.
  • Thrive in a deadline-driven environment, consistently meeting or surpassing service level agreements while delivering exceptional internal customer support.
  • Ensure that analyses are comprehensive, insightful, and professionally organized.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership effectively.
  • Oversee the execution and upkeep of regular property reports and analyses.
  • Collaborate with property and corporate finance teams to project revenue and EBITDA.
  • Assist in formulating annual budgets for properties and departments, including capital budgets and requests.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational and financial performance across marketing, gaming, and non-gaming sectors.
  • Analyze statistical data and financial metrics to identify trends and their effects on gaming and non-gaming operations.
  • Support the collection of operational and industry data.
  • Integrate property data into reports and analyses generated by both property and corporate headquarters.
  • Present processed data in an accessible format.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and fulfill other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing resource demands.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis and manipulation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel functions and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
  • Ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment while providing excellent internal customer service.
  • Respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other essential office equipment.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously without frustration from shifting priorities and unexpected challenges.
  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Two years of relevant experience in financial analysis, marketing, and operational analysis is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Occupational license with the appropriate regulatory authority.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Lottery License with the appropriate regulatory authority.
