Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the timely execution of global financial consolidation processes.
  • Work closely with various divisions to manage intricate intercompany reconciliations.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports, analyses, and insights for external financial reporting.
  • Supervise and manage the application system and closing procedures of the organization.
  • Facilitate training and promote the use of the company's application system across departments.
  • Oversee corporate aircraft accounting and associated tax documentation.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting and models for specialized accounting functions.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing or reviewing necessary schedules.
  • Guarantee the precise and timely execution of assigned accounting initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA designation is highly desirable.
  • 7-10 years of pertinent experience, including a minimum of 2 years in auditing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with the ability to research accounting topics and apply insights to company transactions.
  • Familiarity with consolidation principles and regulations surrounding foreign currency accounting.
  • Understanding of internal controls for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and testing requirements.
  • Experience with financial systems and proficiency in navigating them effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quick adaptability to new software systems.
