We are a family-owned, property management company looking for a motivated, part time / full time
(TBD) accounting department administrative clerk / assistant who can work independently. Our portfolio
comprises of mostly single-family homes, some multiplexes and small apartment buildings in the greater
Seattle area.


The following skills are required:
- Experience in an office or accounting environment
- Home office w/ desktop computer (not a laptop, we have found a desktop computer provides the best
work experience), Windows 7 or later, MS Office
- Basic understanding of Ledger Accounting -- debits and credits
- Working knowledge of computers and software; incl. Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of at least one property management accounting software
such as Propertyware, Yardi, etc. is a plus
- Great people skills, positive attitude, flexibility
- Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, efficient time management skills
Responsibilities include:
- Input data into accounting and management software
- Communicate interact with team members, owners, tenants, vendors to answer questions or
gather information
- Perform audits to ensure and preserve data integrity
- Develop and present reports to management
- Compile, analyze, and perform calculations
