RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet all office guests.
  • Maintain reception area.
  • Answer and forward incoming calls.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Maintain tenant lease files 
  • Perform bank deposits and post in accounting software
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors.
  • Maintain vendor files and documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Provide support for audits and financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative, filing, data entry support for small (2 person) office team
  • Assist with event planning (one event annually) 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in computerized accounting systems (QuickBooks) 
  • Math aptitude or proficiency with numbers
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in office administration.

 

This position is 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday in the office. Relaxed dress code. Benefits include 100% medical, dental, vision for employee and dependents. Simple retirement plan with company match. 2 weeks paid vacation annually. Salary DOE

Must pass a criminal background check and drug test to be considered for employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
