Rock Solid Plumbing Services is looking for a reliable, experienced Plumbing Dispatcher . Our plumbing company manages both residential & commercial plumbing projects. Located in Orange Park, FL. Primary hours are 7:30a - 4:30p Monday - Friday.
 
Job Duties:
  • Answer inbound calls, online inquiries, and plumbing correspondence (phone, email, etc.) with existing and prospective clients.
  • Schedule service calls with new and existing clients.
  • Dispatch technicians to our clients, hand selecting jobs for our technicians. based on their experience and skill.
  • Monitor technician time on jobs.
  • Effectively utilize dispatching software (Housecall Pro) to track jobs, monitor activities, and communicate with customers throughout the day.
  • Act as a liaison between client and Rock Solid Plumbing team until service call or project is completed.
  • Work with service manager(s) to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare proposals/estimates and follow-up diligently to drive closure.
  • Prepare invoices as needed and contact customers with outstanding payments.
  • Order plumbing materials and maintain monthly inventory.
  • Observe and report daily/weekly team workload to management.
  • Assist with other duties in the office as needed in support of the team.
  • Assist with front desk reception coverage as needed.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provides EXCELLENT customer service.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, specifically WORD and Excel.
  • Great attitude with strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Experience in plumbing environment preferred, with basic understanding of plumbing terms, projects, and services.
  • Experience with Google mail preferred.
  • Experience with Housecall Pro preferred.
 
The position offers:
  • Full-time position
  • Standard work hours: M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
  • Paid-time off, company holidays, full healthcare plan
