$50,000 - $58,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily revenue and sold-hour targets by prioritizing urgent and profitable service requests.
  • Communicate precise information to technicians, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
  • Oversee the location and requirements of each technician in the field.
  • Document the outcomes of service calls and prepare summary reports for management.
  • Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote the company brand.
  • Engage in training to enhance sales skills and ensure efficient dispatch of incoming requests.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the day regarding the technician's status.
  • Support technicians by understanding their preferences, skills, licenses, and communication styles.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a proven background in customer service.
  • Organize and manage the scheduling of technicians for various service and maintenance tasks.
