Compensation:

$50,000 - $58,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily revenue and sold-hour targets by prioritizing urgent and profitable service requests.
  • Communicate precise information to technicians, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
  • Oversee the location and requirements of all technicians in the field.
  • Document the outcomes of each service call and prepare summary reports for management.
  • Maintain professionalism and build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote the brand effectively.
  • Engage in training to enhance sales and ensure prompt, accurate dispatch of incoming requests.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the day regarding the technician's status.
  • Support technicians by understanding their preferences, skills, licenses, and communication styles.

  • Demonstrate a proven background in customer service.
  • Organize and manage the scheduling of technicians for various service and maintenance tasks.
  • Be technologically adept, quickly learning and implementing new software and systems, with strong typing skills and proficiency in phone systems.
  • Possess a personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
  • Be highly organized with excellent follow-through capabilities.
  • Build trust, resolve conflicts, and hold others accountable effectively.
