Compensation:

$50,000 - $58,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily revenue and sold-hour targets by prioritizing urgent and profitable service requests.
  • Provide accurate information to technicians to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Oversee the status and requirements of each technician in the field.
  • Document the outcomes of service calls and compile report summaries for management.
  • Maintain professionalism and build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote the company brand.
  • Engage in training to enhance sales and ensure efficient dispatch of incoming requests.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the day regarding the technician's progress.
  • Support technicians by understanding their preferences, skills, licenses, and communication styles.
