    We are seeking a part time with possibility for full time customer service expert to join our team He or she is responsible for handling a fast-paced office setting in a well-established and growing family owned/operated plumbing, heating & hvac company. The position is best suited to someone who has excellent customer service skills, is friendly, patient, and has a strong enough personality to handle sales, outbound calling, outlook calendar scheduling, emailing, and “C.O.D.” price calculating for techs on the job.
    Successful candidate must be able to multi task in a timely and efficient manner without having to be directed to do so.  We would encourage forward thinking and using common sense in situations that need to be resolved quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
•    Invoicing and billing.
•    Interactions with service techs for dispatching.
•    Accounts payable/receivable.
•    Organizing service schedule for next day.
•    Making confirmation calls for the next day’s work & follow up calls for previous day’s work.
•    Organizing materials lists for & from vendors.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•    Excellent verbal communication skills.
•    Strong data entry skills.
•    Ability to multi-task efficiently.
•    Previous sales experience.
•    Knowledge of home comfort systems a plus, but not required.
•    Knowledge of Sage/Peachtree accounting, windows programs (word, excel) & pdf docs required.
•    Must be organized and have good common sense.
•    Background in HVAC, plumbing or electrical a huge plus.
