In addition to maintaining the office, this position will help grow our brand through marketing; organizing our monthly newsletter, managing our firm website and various social media platforms, and assisting with brand awareness to create a deeper sense of community.

 

Responsibilities for Office Coordinator:

  • Run client database
  • Monitor and schedule client reviews
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed
  • Maintain and organize office operations
  • Organize monthly newsletter
  • Manage firm website and social media platforms
  • Coordinate firm events

Skills & Qualifications:
