Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, digitize, and manage documents across various project management software and online platforms.
  • Adapt swiftly to new technologies and systems.
  • Create and monitor project timelines within our digital systems, while maintaining organized physical documentation for team access.
  • Conduct data entry tasks across different software applications.
  • Implement detailed procedures for each phase of our projects and workflows.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional office experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new tasks independently.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
