Engage with prospective and current donors, volunteers, parents, and alumni to arrange visits and facilitate specific meeting requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in database management, with a strong aptitude for mastering Blackbaud Raiser's Edge to assist in generating reports, uploading proposals, and managing various data entry tasks.
Coordinate mailings and mail merges, answer Development-related phone inquiries, and manage the filing and daily distribution of correspondence. May draft communications as necessary.Collaborate closely with fellow administrative staff to effectively achieve objectives such as donor acknowledgment mailings, cross-functional team reporting, major meeting and retreat planning, and supporting high-level volunteer board and committee management.
Responsible for overseeing supply orders, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and meeting areas, and assisting with the management of physical spaces as needed.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.Education Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Experience and Skills: 3-5+ years of administrative support experience is essential. Previous experience in higher education or fundraising environments is advantageous.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skilled in database management and report generation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team.
Capable of prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
Must maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Compensation:
$20.65-$23.00/hour
