Join Our Growing Team at Legal Soft: Account Manager Department

 

Are you passionate about sales and looking to be part of a dynamic team in Woodland Hills, CA? Legal Soft is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Account Manager to contribute to our continued success.

Potential to earn $100K plus (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:

 

Sales / Marketing Expertise: Present and sell Legal Soft's products and services to new and existing clients.

 

Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers to expand our client base.

 

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines.

 

Customer Relations: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent client relationships.

 

Sales Material: Create engaging sales materials for client presentations.

 

Qualifications:

 

Sales & Marketing Background: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.

 

CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms.

 

Relationship Building: Ability to build a strong rapport with clients.

 

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

 

Detail-oriented: Deadline and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 

Proven Experience: Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.

 

Project Management Skills: Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
