Position Summary

Taokaenoi USA is seeking a business-minded, growth-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our brand awareness and expand our market presence. This role is integral to developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products and increase sales revenue. The ideal candidate will manage distribution logistics, engage with large retail accounts, and participate in events and promotions. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend a passion for snack foods with expertise in sales and marketing to grow our business. A Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of related experience or a relevant combination of education and experience are required. Thai-speaking is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities

Position Purpose

To develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products and increase sales revenue. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be working closely with large retail customers, participating in industry events, and enhancing our brand's visibility.


Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans, including budgets, to achieve sales targets and optimize distribution to major retailers.
  • Manage account target lists to improve distribution efficiencies and generate new business opportunities.
  • Work with key account and distributor partners to introduce new product SKUs and set annual targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure adequate inventory levels, timely production, and packaging for new product launches.
  • Plan and execute Taokaenoi USA’s presence at promotions, events, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various physical and digital channels, including social media and email, to promote our brand and products.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Taokaenoi USA is well-positioned in the market and initiate actions for growth.
  • Conduct price analysis and develop strategies to ensure competitive pricing while maximizing company margins.


Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of related experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or natural products industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in grocery and club, including retailers like Costco and Walmart is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on sales and marketing.
  • Passion for snacks.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail distribution channels.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, with attention to detail.
  • Creative and original thinking.
  • High self-motivation.


Special Position Requirements

  • Ability to work traditional business hours as well as non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Available for overnight travel.
  • Thai-speaking is a plus.


Requirements

  • Capable of standing for long periods and performing physically demanding work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including potentially noisy settings.
