  • Manage transactions from contract to close.
  • Upload listings to Skyslope & MLS.
  • Prepare documents as needed.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new agent.
  • Create property searches
  • Coordinate quarterly events for the team and for past clients
  • Schedule and manage personal appointments.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Real Estate agent preferred or previous real estate experience
  • Proficiency in calendar management
  • EXTREMELY DETAIL ORIENTED & STRONG ORGANIZATION SKILLS 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
